In 2001 an American screenwriter found me on the Internet through one of my real estate sites. She was researching a villa in
northeastern Italy which had belonged to her great-aunt, Betty Templer. She hired me to research this villa. Miraculously,
I uncovered the fact that Betty had exactly the same dream as I. The dream and passion we both share is of creating a special place
to attract people to see and feel a light through music and the arts that shines into their hearts and lifts them up from their
lower state of mind into a higher, more positive upper world.
I then uncovered an incredible story of how Betty Templer made her dream a reality in a a special way by creating the villa,
"Cafe Secession." Its music and Room of Mirrors attracted dignitaries and influential people from all over Europe during the early half
of the 20th century. Her incredible story included being Jewish and married to a famous Rabbi writer/professor. This led to her being
killed by the Nazis. However, her spirit lived on and was able to influence the Italian Navy into turning the villa into a lighthouse
which shined a strong light through the darkness, guiding ships to the Port of Trieste. The Villa was destroyed in 1976. Together with screenwriters,
artists and many others, our vision now is to bring Betty’s dream back to life by integrating it into a large complex 21st century project.

The Mission Statement:

Our objective is to make a positive difference in the quality of life for people in the community. Our concept is to create a one-of-a-kind iconic
multi-adaptable pyramid lighthouse arena complex (i.e. the premier entertainment and cultural education center in South America). Here community
support activities can work together in the most sustainable manner possible. The primary focus will be to craft and maintain technology, business,
communications, art and job training schools, within the complex, for the community.
The first main project will be to produce a positive, independent feature film,
which includes integration of live international pop music concerts. All will promote and sustain the school and its activities. Students will work on various projects, which will all network and merge together. Particular emphasis will be on our objective of making a positive
difference via TV/film productions, multi media broadcasting and Internet technologies development.
Our ultimate objective is to improve on this first experimental project, adapt and multiply the improved model into unique partner communities
around the world. We will interconnect them all into a global network of community centers, which will both individually and collectively help eachother to
make a positive difference in the quality of life for people in the global community.

Here are some examples:
1) The technology school will develop websites which will add to and become part of our online ad visibility network for our sponsors and supporters. These sites will include integration with the development of eventually thousands of websites that the technology school students will work together to build, develop and integrate -- all with other parts of the entire collective effort.
2) The talent attracted and developed in the art school, will be added to a database with
Santa Catarina
, Brazil and all other countries in South America. This talent will be merged with other film support individuals and companies. Thus, the creative ease and production capacity of films produced in Santa Catarina, and the entire Southern region of Brazil and South America, will be improved.
3) The business school students will train in sales and marketing, and endeavor to sell businesses and organizations toward supporting the entire project. Their efforts will help manage all the departments.
